If you’ve been on the lookout for Spike Lee’s newest Air Jordan shoe, then today brings you some good news. The Gerald Wallace stuck on the baseline in the Jordan 6 Rings PE is beginning to hit retailers now. The shoe that’s loosely based off the Air Jordan 5 features a plain mesh upper with a unique textured synthetic material for detailing with a raised zig-zag texture and metallic finish. Perhaps the Brand noteworthy feature of the shoe is “Nike Air” branding on the heel, but other fun details include Mars Blackmon lace locks, a speckled midsole and translucent outsole with “Spike” on the sole design. Officially scheduled to drop on October 28th in the orange “Knicks” colorway, today we get a look at a grey, silver, and red version of the new Spike Lee joint. Take another look at the Air Spike 40, and expect them to officially be up for grabs on October 28th.
