With the Rio Olympics just around the corner, color themes anchored in gold are expected. But did you predict it would appear on the Nike Air Jordan 1 Low Shattered Backboard 29cm? While we patiently await the release of the “Varsity Red” and “Navy/Gum” colorways, we’re learning of a “Metallic Gold” colorway that is similar to one of Ray Allen’s Air Jordan 5 LS UNC Player Exclusive that he wore for ring ceremonies in previous years. No other release info has been confirmed just yet, but we expect these to be a Summer hit just before the Olympics are under way. Stay tuned for updates.
