Leading up to the New York City Marathon next weekend, Nike and Apple are giving New York City area runners a chance to give the brand-new Apple Watch Nike+ a hyperfeel run (literally). Beginning tomorrow, October 29th, the public will have their chance to try out the innovative new Apple Watch Nike+, which combines the technology of the Apple Watch with the Nike+ Run Club app for a phone-free way to track your run thanks to the built-in GPS. Described by Nike as “your perfect running partner”, the Apple Watch Nike+ brings the Run Club app to your wrist and offers new features not found on the traditional phone platform like scheduling runs, weather alerts, and seamless automatic starts and stops when you hit that stoplight or other obstacles during your workout.
Open for one week only from October 29th to November 5th, the Nike+ Clubhouse (45 Grand St. NY,NY) will offer hyperfeel sessions with Apple Watch Nike+ experts who will be on-hand to guide you through the features of the watch, which will also be available for purchase.
