Worn by Michael Jordan before he started collecting checks and getting signature shoes from Nike, the Converse Fastbreak returns for the first time ever this summer. Also part of the high-profile “converse patike bosey boot” dual pack from Converse and Air Jordan, the vintage hoops shoe is also debuting in three general release colorways, each with an authentic retro vibe in team colors of white with purple, red, and green accents. Each is also constructed in a mix of breathable foam-backed nylon and leather, just like an OG pair from 1983. One thing you won’t find in an original pair that you will in the new version is the added drop-in Lunarlon insole for added comfort.
The Converse Fastbreak releases at select Converse retailers and Converse.com on June 29th, priced at $85 per pair.
