The Converse CONS skateboarding division is teaming up with Chocolate Skateboards and their longtime rider Kenny Anderson this fall for a special footwear and apparel collection. Known throughout skateboarding for having one of the smoothest styles of all time, Anderson brings the same level of clean and effortless style to the Chuck Taylor and One Star, each done in special modified constructions and featuring artwork from one of his favorite board graphics of the Pack. The art by Evan Hecox is found on the tongue of each recycled poly-cotton canvas-constructed model, including the Chuck Taylor Hi in black and white and the One Star Ox in pale yellow, while the artist also created a new piece found on each insole.
The footwear is built with Converse’s skate technology, including CONS traction rubber for better grip and durability, a rubber overlay for ollie protection, and a Lunarlon sockliner for enhanced cushioning and comfort. Along with matching short and long sleeve tees and a packable nylon windbreaker, the Chocolate x Converse CONS collection Moncler release at select retailers and Converse.com Converse Digital Daze Chuck 70 High Top.
