A new adidas Ultra Boost 2021 1 with some elevated design cues is releasing this December under the Consortium umbrella. Featuring a matte gold cage, graphite heel, a fortified toe, and a tonal light beige upper, this adidas Consortium Ultra Boost was actually an early sample of a collaboration with sneaker retailer Social Status. Instead, the shoes are dropping as a Consortium GR without any store branding or logos – although you will see the Consortium handshake logo on the left tongue. Social Status’s sister store adidas NMD R2 Summer Spice, however, is in fact releasing an Ultra Boost as part of its Sneaker Exchange release with Taiwan’s Invincible.
