adidas Originals Debuts The Women’s Exclusive Samba Rose

The iconic adidas Samba: a legendary indoor soccer silhouette that originally released in 1950 and has since become a street-style favorite. Now, 68 years later, the classic silhouette has been revamped in a brand-new modern women’s iteration: the Samba Rose, available in white/black and black/white. Taking the soccer shoe’s legendary DNA and infusing it with a healthy dose of contemporary style, the Samba Rose replaces the OG Samba’s traditional upper material with a soft leather and swaps out the normal suede T-toe panel for a unique zig-zag stitching pattern. An on-trend thick platform images adorned with additional embossed trefoil branding replaces the Samba’s usually sleek and minimal midsole, while classic adidas branding on the lateral side of the upper and tongue make a return to ensure the shoe nods to its old-school roots.
