International Smoke is the name of Ayesha’s first ever restaurant in collaboration with Chef Michael Mina which first debuted in the Bay Area, but now has a second location in Houston, Texas. The grey and black hues of this Curry 5 represent the different styles of cooking that go down at International Smoke – American and international barbecue which both call for heavy doses of both fire and smoke lending to the primarily black and grey color combination.
