Elliot Santiago Jordan Brand seems to be going through a tiny phase of archival digging lately as they have decided to start off the new year by reviving a couple of obscure models from their past. After giving the Team Showcase basketball silhouette a second run on the market, the JB team is now diverting their focus towards their women’s demographic as they bring back this Air Jordan Womens OG Retro. Set to re-issue for the first time since its 1998 inception, this modernized style for the most part keeps its original look in tact. Upper constructions keep the Chris Paul going hard to the basket in the Jordan Jumpman Team Pro-inspired design cues consistent with its padded overlays, and dress itself up entirely with an appropriate Chicago Bulls palette. Tiny differences on this updated variation arrive by way of the Melo carbon fiber plates being altered with slighter tighter design lines as well as the “W” logo now presented in black as opposed to silver on its original colorway.
