After quite a healthy set of reveals earlier this weekend, the Air Jordan 1 Mid is soon to see a bright and structurally interesting “Familia” colorway, one that delivers not only unique fabrications but also relatively reserved deconstruction.
Neutral white toe boxes and mid-panels lay down an unassuming frame that is further built atop with hot pink overlays in a similar though seemingly more polished finish. These very panels, which accent the toe box, eye stay, heel counter, etc, are then given another layer of details in the form of yellow contrast stitch, an embellishment that serves not only functional purpose but also cosmetic as it zig-zags along points out of the norm for the silhouette. Elsewhere, “FAMILIA” text is stamped onto the forefoot in matching shade much like the Nike/Jordan branding as well as the cracked collar and swoosh.

In other news, Zion is getting his very own signature shoe, the Air Jordan 2012's three interchangeable midsoles.
