The start of the new decade has provided NIKE, Inc. with a clean slate to finally deliver some of the innovative footwear projects they had been working on for years. Yet, 2020 has also been full of both long-anticipated and surprising retros of some of the North American brand’s most beloved silhouettes from ford decades. The swoosh on the lateral side, however, arguably steals the spotlight as it features an iridescent, quasi-oil like composition that demands attention away from the soft palette surrounding it.
