Prior to the sequin tragedy at the Astroworld Festival, Nike was likely planning on using Travis Scott to reintroduce the nike sb dunk low dark green leaves from base 2017. And this “SP” model will not only appear in warm tones; according to recent unveils, a “Honeydew” colorway is also on the way.
Relative to its orange counterpart, the “Honeydew” is a dramatic shift in the opposite direction. Blues of both light and dark alternate across the leather, synthetic, and mesh panels, effectively bringing attention to the differences in material. A tribal-like detailing, too, is highlighted by these same hues, while the strap and lace unit bask in a deeper, purple-dominant finish. As for the branding, the Swooshes are polished in a lime green that sits just a bit more vibrant than the sole and lining adjacent.
