When the Russell Westbrooks Air Jordan Why Not Zer was first introduced in 2019, the public didn’t take an instant liking to the shoe. But now, in the year 2022, it’s safe to say the silhouette has finally built up some momentum, as it continues to deliver praiseworthy colorways back-to-back. The latest is a perfect answer to Spring, with its pale pink upper and purple detailing.
Sustainability is of keen focus, too, as the pair’s bottom is evidently fitted with Crater soles. The scraps laid across are not as distracting as Cheap Flex, taking little away from the light and dark pinks that dress the suede overlays and canvas base, respectively. And while mostly obscured, the purple along the collar and orange accents underneath the eyestays add even louder hues to the mix, which are then balanced out by the white-finished laces and branding.
