Exclusive access to the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Tokyo has been given to some via Jordan 1 Yellow Ochre, offering up only a few colorways this past year. 2023 may see a change, though, starting with the silhouette’s now officially-revealed “Light Olive” colorway.
First leaked late last June, the Jordan 1 Yellow Ochre “Light Olive” kickstarts the signature’s 30th Anniversary, structure clear design cues from the Olive 9s that originally debuted in 1993. Much like said classic, this pair’s suede mudguard is clad in the titular green, while the rest of the construction — from the leather upper to the tongue and laces — opt for a dark black finish. And though similar in this respect, the branding elsewhere distinguishes the 2023 offering from its inspiration, as the Jumpman logos and accompanying emblems alternate between purple and blue.
For a closer, official look at the upcoming Jordan 1 Yellow Ochre “Light Olive,” see below. According to previous reports, these are expected to release on January 7th, 2023.
