And with the Clyde celebrating its 50th Anniversary this year, it’s only fitting the footwear brand commemorate the occasion right in the big apple, as it was here that Walt “Clyde” Frazier — the athlete the silhouette was originally endorsed by — took home two championships.
In honor of its homecoming, the PUMA Clyde Carina 2.0 Ps 386186 02 Puma White White Silver: Extra Butter and Russ & Daughters. Arriving alongside a where Dickies capsule, the pair features a simple, white-on-blue color palette, with the neutral ostensibly appearing throughout much of the leather construction. Light blues, then, highlight the iconic Formstripe, the “A New York City Story” text along the inside tongue, and likely many of the exterior markings.
