And despite having drifted apart long ago, the two’s friendship continues to live on thanks most in part to the efforts of Jordan Brand.
The Jumpman’s latest homage to the Looney Tunes icon comes in the form of yet another: the Jordan Stay Loyal DB2884 White Riftblue Chile Red. Appropriately dubbed “Rabbit,” the pair likens its embroidered Swoosh to Bugs Bunny’s food of choice. And in addition to its bright orange threads, the check ends in a green frond, furthering the logo’s resemblance to a carrot. Elsewhere, the construction seems to draw more direct inspiration from the character himself, as it resembles his design with its furry grey overlays and white leather unders.
