The Dunk’s origins are closely intertwined with the “Be True To Your School” pack, as the collegiate fast were among our earliest introductions to the Peter Moore-designed silhouette. But little did we know that Rodney Tallman was holding onto a very special pair from before the collection’s debut, one gifted to him by none other than the late and legendary Sandy Bodecker nike flex trainer women wolf grey shoes free.
Unlike that of the BTTYS pack, this Dunk High — affectionately dubbed the “Pre Be True To Your School Sandy Bodecker One of a Kind Shoe” — features a color blocking quite a bit different from the two-toned look to which we’re well-accustomed. Here, a deep maroon is applied throughout every part of the upper save for its Swoosh, the latter of which is dressed in a yellow flower similar to the adjacent laces and Nike branding. Elsewhere, the tongue and midsole opt for a white finish, while the outsole boasts the same flower of red as much of the rest of the shoe, albeit a bit more faded.
Almost four decades later, the “Pre Be True To Your School Sandy Bodecker One of a Kind Shoe” is now up for auction right now on eBay.com, nike air max trax womens boots.
