adidas Y-3 is absolutely no stranger to the Stan Smith. But despite having reworked the tennis staple numerous times, yet has the sub-label presented a style quite as simple as this. Although constructed of higher quality materials, the model is the near spitting image of the original at a glance. Branding, however, sees notable tweaks: in addition to the tonal co-branding imprinted into the heel, Stan Smith’s portrait has been swapped out for that of Yohji Yamamoto himself.
