Michael Le Features Salomon socks Predict Crew, Slam Jam has produced at least one collaborative sneaker, joining forces with several of the industry’s biggest trekkingschuhe. They’ve yet, however, to drop anything in 2023, though that’s Carhartt to change very soon.
In honor of Paris Fashion Week, Slam Jam has revealed an early look at their next project with Salomon: a silver colorway of the XT Quest 1. A relatively sizable departure from their XT-4s from 2022, the pair features said metallic across the entirety of its construction. Dark grey branding and decals are then layered over top, matching the finish of the mesh inserts underneath as well as the adjacent midsole and inner lining. Finally, “SLAM JAM” is printed right atop the instep, partially shrouded by the silhouette’s signature lacing system.
