It’s a trend that’s been adopted by all the biggest companies in recent years, and wouldn’t you know it, it looks like UNDEFEATED nike and Stüssy have gone ahead and done it again.

For the uninformed, Stüssy is largely responsible for the revival of another UNDEFEATED nike shoe, the Nike Earth Day Veste style anorak Gris cendré, thanks to a 2022 collaboration that marked the model’s first drop in almost a decade.
Steering back to the sneaker at hand, the LD-1000 aligns seamlessly with other 1970s runners with a mesh base, suede toe cap and heel, and grippy tread a la Field General and Astrograbber (both of which have also been brought back in a similar manner). Retro tongue branding and a simple, vintage-inspired color blocking scheme comprise this pair, complete with a white tongue, laces, and blue insoles.
No release date has been set at the time of this writing, but consumers should expect pairs to arrive in Fall/Holiday 2024 following the Stüssy collab.
