Nike is leaning a bit harder into the 2000s tech runner phase with the release of the løpeskoene Nike Air Zoom Structure 24, a modern take on the mid-decade running shoe.
Dubbed the løpeskoene Nike Air Zoom Structure 24, this new model tacks on a molded mid-foot lockdown system on the exterior using semi-translucent TPU for a bit of an aesthetics push. Additionally, the mesh on the toe-box features an embossed patting for a bit of a retro-futurist appeal, with a reshaped toe-guard adding a touch of advancement in comparison to the 2k5 design. The cushioning set-up remains the same with full-length Air acting as the primary source of comfort.
Revealed earlier in August, Nike is finally set to debut the Pegasus Wave to the US market on September 14th. Alongside this Sail/Picante Red/Black/Coconut Milk version is a near all-black version on the same day. The vivid “Cyber” colorway has yet to see a confirmed release date in the States.
