The Jordan Spizike Low has launched to surprisingly wide acclaim, able to capture consumer attention by stripping back some of the more off-the-wall design principles of the Spizike proper and carve out a genuine lane in a crowded market (a handful of releases have been near-instant sellouts.) The kids-only section has been integral for the model’s success in its first year on the shelves, and as time has gone on, Jordan Brand has crafted an increasing number of exclusive looks for that demo.
The latest brings together “Burgundy” and “Persian Violet,” a combination that while not inherently complementary, does well to create the playful atmosphere we now expect of GS Jordans. Deeper tones of brown-red are pasted on the tongue, elephant print and outsole, matching the trendy off-white wedged between on the midsole. As a final touch, the sockliner is modified with shaggy material, creating a two-in-one punch for these kicks as perfect for the playground and for colder weather applications on the horizon.
The Jordan Spiz’ike Low “Burgundy” is expected to release in the near future in grade school sizing, retailing at $120. Official images are included below for you to get a better sense as we wait for further release details.
