Bordeaux’s Riot Skateshop Brings Wine To Their air jordan 6 ring red black Collaboration

The Olympic Games in Paris may have come and gone, but France is still serving as a hotbed of sneaker energy as Nike SB continues to partner with locals for its collaborative projects.

Revealed here via first look images by @masterchefian, Riot Skateshop has a air jordan 6 ring red black collaboration in the works in celebration of its 20th Anniversary in the game. Official color specifications are established as Mahogany/shoe Beetroot/Team Red/Sail/Night Maroon which accurately reflect the images here. The deliberate selection of the colors could be a nod to Riot’s home in Bordeaux, a region world-renowned for its wine production.

While the specs read as red on red on red, there’s also a shoe teal base seen on the underlays and tongue. The shop’s iconic token logo with the resting dog is featured in place of the standard Nike SB label, while “RIOT” also stands in for the “NIKE” on the right heel-tab. Cork-lined insoles, added for additional comfort, also speak to the wine thematic.
