Scarpa Nike Huarache Run Neonati Bimbi piccoli Rosa Nike Air Griffey Max 1 White Old Royal Damaged Box Me is back with another neck-breaker. Brooklyn art collective MSCHF, known in our world for their convention-shattering footwear, is poised to release a high-top version of their backwards BWD Mule from last year; a more embellished take on what was already their most ludicrous shoe to date.
Delivering meme material for days, the MSCHF BWD High features two foot entry points, opening both ends of its construction so it can be worn normally or backwards. The sole is colossal, complete with black and blue treatments and chevron tread underfoot. Those two elements that set the tone for the rest of the design, with various blue arrows appearing sporadically across the upper. Aesthetically speaking, the shoe draws from 1990s basketball models with vague allusions to adidas and Jordan cuts. Namely, the protruding section near the collar is giving Air Jordan 6.
If you’re dead-set on standing out, the MSCHF BWD high-top releases at 2:00 PM EST, September 24th for $200 via MSCHF’s website here. See official images below ahead of the release.
