Following a tough loss to the Dallas Mavericks, which led Paul George to vocalize frustration over non-calls, the Air Max 2X 2 has surfaced in a new “Beige/Gold” colorway.
Unlike the pair prepped for the recent NBA All-Star Game, the forthcoming take on George’s fifth signature sneaker forgoes any fishing-inspired color palette for an understated, earth tone-laden style. The mixed-materials upper indulges in varying shades of the pale yellowish-brown hue, while complementary details – swooshes, heel pull-tabs – boast a shimmering golden color. Underfoot, the forward-thinking midsole solution maintains a simple white arrangement, although “AIR”-branding on the lateral mid-foot bring some of the upper’s flair down below. Furthermore, the isotopic tread features a light gum brown finish that proffers functional and fashionable benefits.

Elsewhere under the Nike Basketball banner, the Nike Løbe Skoe Air Max Invigor is set to launch in a vibrant “Light Citron” soon.
