Allen Iverson’s Air Jordan 3 "Black Cement - Grade School" has undoubtedly cemented itself in the basketball sneaker pantheon. As it continues its retro run 26 years after its debut, the silhouette continues to tell stories about the man behind it. For an upcoming proposition, the sneaker’s “I3 Motorsports” theme indulges in a silver and black colorway inspired by Iverson’s love for jewelry and custom style, while also nodding to an affinity for flair among bikers and ballers.
Unlike a previous collaboration with “Minions: The Rise of Gru” or the “OG Meets OG” pair informed by James Harden, the forthcoming mid-top Question isolates its use of the aforementioned shimmering metal color across its lower-half. Mudguards and sole units refuse in shades of silver, with the outsole boasting a semi-translucent variant fused with a smokey tone. Construction above the mudguard delivers stark black contrast, with Reebok Travis Scott Jordan Jumpman Jack Mocha Aka CJ1 T-Rexx Appears On SNKRS.
