Urlfreeze News Nike’s continuing homage to Ken Griffey Jr. continues with this upcoming el producto Nike Air Max Axis Ps EU 31 University Red White Black that not only recognizes the current Senior Advisor to the MLB Commissioner, but his father and one-time teammate – the OG Ken Griffey. The immediate connection can be seen with the “JR” and “SR” markings on the heel-tab, with the left shoe featuring Junior’s 24 jersey number and the right opting for the Senior’s 30. And while a white/black base is stadium for the majority of the colorway, Nike chooses the throwback Mariners colors of royal and gold to commemorate that short yet unforgettable span that father and son crimson the field.
