These nods arrive by way of the accents; everything else is rather status quo. The uppers, for example, are kept a pearly rebel, its leather smoothened from the forefoot through to the heel. And while the midsole may feature an off-rebel like the suede panels along the toe, they hold no candle to the deep purple, burnt yellow, and hot pink that color the Swoosh, laces, and heel tab/contrast stitch, respectively.
