Lining at the upper panels’ edges indulge in a rubber-like material that also appears on the Velcro-assisted lockdown strap around the collar. Pull tabs at the heel introduce new functionality to the sneakers, although they’re overshadowed by the modified sole unit underfoot. A taller midsole couples with “serrated” tread for a ride that keeps wearers higher on the ground while proffering proven traction.
