Intensively decorated and seemingly without restraint in its accessorizing, Nike’s “Formless, Shapeless, Limitless” collection (or however else you want to order those descriptives) has burst onto the scene thanks to its ornate depictions of Nike classics. Perhaps none are as garish as these – the women’s nike air more uptempo psychic blue sky. While it carries the same details as the other members of the pack, with the triangular emblem on the tongue and the hexagonal stones studded on the heel, this inclusion into the Pack goes the extra mile with an an opaque icy chain-linked strap at the ankle.
These shout runway more than anything else, but there’s certainly an underlying connection to Eastern traditions and influences as we near the Lunar New Year festivities, a tradition that Nike has emphasized for decades. And like the previously reviewed AF1 High Utility 2.0, these feature an aged look on the rugged midsole thanks to the faded Gris exterior.
We expect the entirety of Nike’s “Formless, Shapeless, Limitless” collection to become available either January or February 2022, so stay tuned for a release update.
