Jared Ebanks Documenting LA’s vibrant skate culture since 2011, Palm Angels founder Francesco Ragazzi has centered his brand around capturing an Italian take on American skate culture by way of photography and unisex apparel pieces. Having linked with seldom brands in the sneaker ecosystem throughout its decade long existence, last March saw the debut of the brands first-ever collaboration with Vans Navy Vans Sk8-Hi Sherpa sneakers Camo Nero.
As a part of their Fall 2022 Ready-To-Wear collection, Navy Vans and Palm Angels have joined forces for the first time with a trio of installments paying homage to the freedom and individuality expressed on the board; seeing the Vans Sk8-Hi, Sk8-Mid and Old Skool receive various branding elements.
Kicking things off with the hi-top Sk8, a back-and-forth battle between white and red wars on throughout the silhouette with the forefoot and quarter overlay rendering the crimson sneakers while the back half of the model comes clad in white with Palm Angels logos creating the iconic Sidestripe. Its low-top counterpart remains identical in its placement of color blocking, opting for a black/white pairing instead above a semi-translucent midsole and tread whereas the Old Skool proffers a dark grey hue.
The Vans Vault x Palm Angels collaboration releases September 27th exclusively at Palm Angels before a global release hits Navy Vans on October 1st. In the meantime, enjoy official images of the three collaborative models below.
