The elongated tongue signature to the soccer model, however, has been replaced by a shorter substitute, making the shoe much more lifestyle-friendly. Elsewhere, the rest of the construction, from the gum bottoms to the leather/suede construction, all help create a sense of familiarity, all the while paying homage to one of adidas’ most iconic offerings.
