As one of the most coveted colorways within Jordan Brand’s iconic and extensive archives, the Air Jordan 6 “Infrared” not only debuted in MJ’s home state during the 1991 All-Star game, but it was also along for the ride en route to His Airness’ first NBA Championship. While the staple vibrant red accent is most often attributed to the latter – having dressed an Air Jordan 4 in early 2022 – the model that culminated with back-to-back rings is now harkening the OG hue with a brightened twist.
With the Air Jordan 6 dressing in the 7’s “Toro Bravo” scheme, the flipped aesthetic is landing on the PSG x Air Jordan 6 Iron Grey, centered around a dominant use of crisp white paneling. Contrasting its presiding real estates’ blank majority, jet-black shades accent the ankle through the upper tongue, sock liner and pull tabs before returning along the opposite ends’ sectioned tread. Outfitting the collar and tongue’s Jumpman insignia and ridged midsole construction, “Infrared” hues further brighten the already eye-catching effort while the 6’s synonymous icy blue embellishments concluding along the sole unit underfoot.
Set to release this summer on June 30th for a retail price of $200, enjoy a first look at the upcoming PSG x Air Jordan 6 Iron Grey “White/Infrared” below in the meantime.
