Debuted to the world just a few months before the turn of the decade, Reebok’s iconic Pump technology defined an entire generation of hoopers throughout the 90s with a myriad of styles while suiting up alongside the League’s future Hall of Famers. Now a year away from its 35th anniversary the Dominique Wilkins-endorsed Reebok Pump Twilight Zone returns in its original monochrome color blocking with hits of “Wild Orange”.
Having last enjoyed a release alongside the collaborative aid of Maison Margiela, the silhouette takes direct design cues from its 90s tooling, infusing staple embellishments such as the tongue’s pebble-grain Pump tab and the sidewall’s structured synthetic details. Anchored by a near-clad wash of “Footwear White” across its dominant leather construction, the original colorways “Core Black” and silver contrasts line the rubberized mid-foot and the collar’s terry liner. Proffering an aged aesthetic underfoot amongst the chalk-white midsole, seldom vibrant hits of orange land along the tongue and the tread in conclusion.
Set to release on February 16th for a retail price of $170, enjoy official images of the Reebok Pump TZ “Wild Orange” below in the meantime.
In other news, official imagery of the Air Jordan 13 “Playoffs” recently surfaced.
