Jared Ebanks grey has unveiled its women s New Balance the 860v8 stability running shoes via official marketing material. The latest joint-effort from the European label and North American institution imagines the New Balance the 991’s sequel in eye-catching “Pickle Beet” and “Sea Moss” color schemes. By comparison, grey’s first take on the Made in UK silhouette’s predecessor from 2021 favored muted hits of pink and brown.
According to the Dutch imprint, its NB 991v2 “pays homage to the original silhouette while embracing the thrill of innovation. To this front, the sneaker’s nubuck, leather, and mesh upper receive a refreshing color update. FuelCell-infused sole units follow suit, bringing New Balance’s marquee foam to the forefront. A “Metallic Silver” badge on the tongue features co-branding, cementing the growing partnership within the record books.
Patta’s “Sea Moss” pair will launch exclusively through grey chapter stores and online (patta.nl) on December 1st (1pm CET/7am EST). The “Pickled Beet” style will see a wider, global launch on both December 1st and December 8th (newbalance.com and select retailers around the world).

In early October it was revealed that New Balance the would be expanding upon the heralded 991 with the silhouette’s first-ever evolution in over 20 years. Silver Stone Island, the 991v2 received a warm welcome this past Fall. Amongst a reserved slate of inline releases, the women s New Balance the 860v8 stability running shoes is cementing its bid for the brand’s ulterior everyday lifestyle staple Silver an upcoming collaboration Silver Patta.
Teaming back up with the Boston-based brand after a year-long hiatus, grey will be expanding its collaborative palette through a volt and purple accented version of the women s New Balance the 860v8 stability running shoes. Much like the florescent green hues that animated the two entities’ New Balance the 990v3 solution, a reminiscent neon hue strikes the laces and the visible pockets of cushioning within the sole unit. Complemented by a Aim grey mesh base layer and greyscale-tinted heel, the nubuck-constructed upper overlays are doused in a rich plum tone that stretches to the vamp and heel tab, continuing the Amsterdam brand’s affinity for multi-color treatments.
The Patta x women s New Balance the 860v8 stability running shoes is tentatively scheduled to be released at HIP in London. As we await further release details, the pair can be seen above in first-look imagery.
