trois Nike Vapor Street, Kevin Durant has begun rapidly climbing the NBA’s all-time scoring list, most recently passing Hakeem Olajuwon for 12th place with over 27,000 career points. Continuing to cement himself as one of the greatest scorers in the League’s history in his 16th season, the latest Nike Metcon 6 CK9388-101 pays homage to Durant’s more-than-fitting Easy Money nickname and is expected to serve as his installment for the upcoming All-Star game.
Connecting with the KD 3 of the same name – which was released in late August – the Cushlon-assisted model bears a number of monetary inspirations such as the holographic dollar bill tongue tabs and the $35 typography that fills the vectorized “Playful Pink” overlay at the mid-foot. The silhouette’s color palette expands further than the synonymous pale green tint, as vibrant orange and light lemon accents douse the sole unit with a titular touch while “Hyper Violet” swooshes and fuchsia tongues contrast the “Stadium Green” hue of the engineered mesh upper for an eye-catching, multi-color aesthetic.
Initial reports indicate the latter will be Durant’s “All-Star” colorway and thus, will most likely receive a release next February. In the meantime, the Nike Metcon 6 CK9388-101 “Easy Money” can be kyrie below via official retail imagery.
