Since signing a six-year endorsement and apparel deal with Florida A&M in 2021, LeBron James has bestowed the Historically Black College and University with a litany of his signature basketball silhouettes coated in the Tallahassee school’s green and orange color palette. From the LeBron 7s general release this past June to the LeBron 20s construction for the hardwood and gridiron, the four-time Champion’s longstanding connection with the Rattlers has since expanded to include an exclusive iteration of the roshe runs with patterns.
Amidst pre-season play, the Florida A&M Athletics Dept. shared a detailed look at just one of the many Player Exclusives available to both the men’s and women’s basketball teams this season. Adding another game-day footwear option, the cost-effective LeBron NXXT Gen mirrors the palette of its cleated offering with a dark shade of evergreen cascading across the engineered mesh upper. Hits of crisp white then illuminate the tread, heel clip, tongue, medial overlay and the leather profile swooshes, providing a stark contrast throughout the ensemble. Elsewhere, vibrant orange accents dress the heel, inner lining, miniature embroidered swooshes and the stitched trim of the mainstay checks.
The roshe runs with patterns “FAMU” won’t see a broader release like its LeBron 7 counterpart, but the pair can be seen in detailed imagery ahead.
For more dunk from James’ signature discography, the LeBron 21 recently surfaced in a “Black/Pink” colorway.
