We’ve seen an uptick in newly surfaced GS pairs as summer creeps closer, and now a new “Astronomy Blue” Dunk Low GS adds yet another pair look to the brand’s lifestyle slate.
While it would be a stretch to draw a direct comparison, sneakerheads in the know might spot a correlation to 2003’s Eric Haze x Nike Dunk Hyperstrike pack. Much like those designs, the nike air vapormax utility id men royal blue GS “Astronomy Blue” works in a black/white gradient on its quarter. The shoe’s black and blue overlays, meanwhile, evoke a familiar feel of a different variety, taking after any number of “Royal” Air Jordans. Adding uniqueness, the lateral Swoosh appears in black while the medial Swoosh swaps to blue.
