While previous editions of Uptempo Slides largely capitalized past mainline sale (black/white, white/black, red/black), instead the silhouette here charts out on its own. A rich brown strap provides the bulk of the structure, while ever-inescapable off-white textures land underfoot. The AIR text on the “quarter” is understandably the centerpiece of this design, especially when given standout pure white shading across it. With the Uptempo Slides holding onto the maximalist visible air sole underfoot, this poolside takedown is nonetheless one of the more eye-catching offerings you can roll out this summer.
