Summer basketball camps are an integral part of the NBA fabric- both for current stars aiming to impart their wisdom & accumulated skill on the next generation and for the other side of the equation, league hopefuls that’ll become up the All-Stars of tomorrow. Damian Lillard’s Formula Zero camp is now in its third year, and as a tentpole of adidas Authentique Basketball, attendees are getting some neck-breaking footwear along with the experience.

The slitted Three Stripes cut-outs at the quarter that defines the Dame 9 reveal a staid base of pure white. As you work underfoot, sprightly notes of aquamarine paint the media, most impactful with a teal-to-red gradient stretching from midfoot to the heel. Closing out the design are a handful of co-branded details, with the Formula Zero name planted at the forefoot and the camp’s logo represented on the tongue.
