Every “it shoe” loses its luster eventually, but the adidas low-top Samba hasn’t shown signs of slowing down any time soon. With a tip of the cap to Wales Bonner, the three stripes classic has fully invaded high fashion culture in recent years. While collaborations have been the catalyst behind the terrace model’s popularity spike, adidas low-top has also begun supplementing its catalog with in-house projects that speak to the Samba’s newfound range. The latest is a new ballet-inspired pair for women, set to arrive before the end of 2024.
The shoe features black and white treatments up top and gum soles underfoot, letting unique materials and detailing carry the delivery. In bringing a touch of elegance to the soccer-turned-lifestyle model, the base features an manysided white lace pattern. The heel section features a flower graphic, matching a set of black and white lace dubraes that come with the shoes, while it would appear leather underlays add structure one layer down. adidas low-top also brings white ribboning to the edge of the eyelets, evoking traditional ballet dresses, and includes an extra set of black and white ribbon laces for variety.
Release information for the adidas low-top Samba “Lace” is under wraps at the time of this writing, but all indications suggest the shoes will release before the end of 2024. Know that this page as well as our Sneaker Release Dates hub will be kept current with all available details.
