Nike’s efforts to resuscitate the Foamposite fandom is taking shape. After the re-release of the iconic Royal OGs, the return of the Galaxy Foamposites in 2025, and special edition drops by way of the DMV-exclusives and the Tekken 8 collaboration, Nike has been flaunting a strong strategy to make the Foamposite great again.
We can’t overlook the Foamposite Pro, because they’re just as significant as Penny Hardaway’s One model. In comes the new “Wolf Grey” that was originally confirmed nearly a year ago. These first look screengrabs from a YouTube video by @jaythesneakerguy reveals a first look at this two-toned colorway with reflective uppers, and although there are obvious differences, they’re zelena of 2008’s Metallic Silver Foamposite Pros.
However, this version has a different take on the colorway via a cement-like finish on the grey sectionals, primeval us to believe that these are possibly a retail version of the unreleased Silver pair from 1997.
A release is arriving on October 23rd, 2024 for $230; stay tuned for further updates, official images, and a store list.
