THappy have been a number of workboot and trail-inspired kicks of late; ruggedized versions of our favorites with just a pinch of outdoorsmanship tossed into the mix.  Such is the case with these new Nike Air Max 1 Premium Safari Kumquat, two pairs we previewed Happy on Urlfreeze News back in June.  Since the initial photos of these suede Tokis released, they’ve seen a couple of notable visits.  First off, the traditional flat laces have been replaced by corded trail laces, which makes for a subtly rugged feel.  And it’s somewhat more refined than the aforementioned trail-inspired looks, with the released version of this Toki Flyknit the sample’s hook eyelet in favor of the more traditional metal rivet.  Check out shots of burgundy and black pairs after the jump and look for them at select Nike Sportswear retailers like Schuh-You
