The Air Jordan 1 can perhaps be described as one of the most influential sneakers of all time, and the Olympics are most likely the most important sporting event of all time. Now, the famous Air Jordan 1 is finally seeing its debut in an Olympic colorway, which should definitely meet with widespread outcry from all. Nice metallic accents definitely give these Air Jordan 1’s some visual flair, and tie in to the Olympic medal theme nicely; the patriotic colorway is a nice nod to the efforts of Team USA in the Olympics, particularly the basketball team. The days of the “Dream Team,” home of the famed Michael Jordan, the namesake of these shoes, maybe be gone, but the spirit of Team USA lives on at Beijing.
