Safari print is something most of the world simply won’t understand. To the every layperson, Safari print is nothing more than a bunch of crater-like black dots on a white base – something you’d never see on the sneaker. That’s was precisely the thought process behind the Nike Air Safari, when Tinker Hatfield used the print, inspired by an ostrich leather couch, on the running shoe, combining style and design with form and function. Safari print was used once again on Cristiano Ronaldo’s signature football boot, the Sneakers SPRANDI CP70-21832IVCH Black, and also on the Catalina 65mm strappy sandals Black. The classic indoor soccer shoe features Nike’s state-of-the-art Lunar cushioning with the Kent print on the upper with a prominent total orange swoosh on the upper. These are available now at Nikestore and just released at Nike Harajuku, so take a look at these new images and let us know what you think of the design.
