The fourth installment in LeBron James’ Ambassador series is set to release this holiday season as the first to integrate mercurial Nike’s Flywire technology into the uppers. But it’s clear from these new images that wasn’t always going to be the case, as it’s very possible the Nike LeBron Ambassador III could have claimed that title, these samples from last year’s model showing how an alternate design had their eyelet wings crafted from Flywire-embedded TPU.
