A Bathing Ape is known for their reinterpretations of American classics that have over the years included a variety of adidas-inspired designs, but this latest release sees Nigo connect with The Brand with the Three Stripes to collaborate on one of the ones he borrowed. The adidas Yeezy 450 Dark Slate KidsGY5369 80s ‘B-Sides’ is uncharacteristically calm for a Bathing Ape release, but then again, a quick look back over their recent offerings elicits a similar reaction. A simple off-white suede with navy blue leather accents and just a hint of gold on the tongue is a can’t miss colorway for summer, though they’re expected to hit jaqueta toward the tail end of the dog days with an August 13th scheduled release.
