The upper features a uniquely blocked color gradient that travels primarily flight medial to lateral rather than anterior to posterior, using the two signature Los Angeles Lakers colors as the base. As you can see, the yellow is painted rather coarsely adnd only inbetween the TPU scales rather than over them, creating a strange double-layered format of color-blocking. Other fine details include the translucent white outsole, which matches the white midsole, swoosh and heel-counter.
