The latest sneaker brand to offer a duckboot didn’t just take one of their standby silhouettes and integrate a waterproof mudguard. The new Supra Douglas could be seen as such a takeoff on the recently released Skyboot, but playing chicken-and-egg with these two neglects the fact that both are heavily influenced by classic styles like the immortal Timberland 6″. It’s that shape and sole paired with the duck toe that makes the Douglas unique, a wheat and navy pair offering a strict twist on the classic golden tan look we’ve come to so strongly associate with Timbs.
