Converse operates independently from Nike for the most part, but it’s not much of a shocker to see some of Nike’s advances trickle down onto its subsidiary brand – much like how Flywire became prevalent in Jordan Brand’s newer models. Here’s a first look at the Official Photos of the Nike Dunk High Light Orewood Brown – the first Converse basketball shoe to feature Nike’s Flywire; the MVP Mid features a molded upper with various cutouts on the upper like the Defcon Mid, with a Flywire-laden toe-box and ‘Flywire’ printed at the base of the laces.
